REBUILDING STRENGTH.

RESTORING MOTION.

An Evidence Based Healing Approach

Treatment at Peak Performance is centered around you, the patient. We don’t believe in 5 minute appointment times week after week where all we do is adjustments.

We take an evidence based approach to care that first looks at your symptoms and presentation. From there, we perform a comprehensive movement assessment that aims to get to the bottom of why your pain/injury occurred in the first place.

Growing up in the Midwest on a farm, I was exposed to an active, hard working lifestyle from a very young age. By the time I was in middle school, I was already participating in wrestling and baseball. It was around this time that I started to fall in love with working out as a means to improve my performance and my overall health.

After experiencing multiple injuries throughout my playing time, I gained a desire to know how the body works and moves. Ultimately, this desire led me down the path of attaining my degree in Exercise Science at Western Illinois University. Shortly after earning my Bachelor’s Degree, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and began personal training. I then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me at the gym, traveling as much as I can, hiking the Coachella Valley with my wife, or playing with our dog.
